For the brochure design for Lake Legend, we translated the inspiration of an Italian-lake-house lifestyle into a refined visual narrative. The layout evokes sophistication through full-page imageries, elegant typography and a muted palette of brown and burnt orange that quietly underscores luxury. Water-inspired abstract motifs and imagery reinforce the lakeside setting while introducing a dynamic yet serene rhythm to the pages. The overall aesthetic is minimal and deliberate, each element carefully positioned to reflect the upscale character of the homes by the lake. This sales kit elevates the property proposition by delivering a cohesive, elevated visual language aligned with the property’s premium ambition.
